Eskalera needed a scalable way to guide employees through personalized growth journeys without feeling like another HR tool.
HR teams lacked real-time visibility into employee well-being and engagement, and the tools were reactive and generic, not personalized.
I led the design of a mobile-first digital coach that helped employees build self-awareness, practice inclusion, and develop soft skills—without feeling like HR homework. The result was a lightweight, in-product experience that HR teams could deploy at scale, with real-time insights into engagement and sentiment.
