Recruiters were juggling a dozen roles at once, but the existing experience slowed them down: matches were hard to trust, profiles felt vague, filters weren’t relevant, and actions were buried.
What I focused on
Trust at scan speed: surface work history + skills in context so recruiters can decide faster.
Action without breaking flow: preview → decide → move to the next candidate in one view.
Real-world filtering: skills, location, certifications prioritized for industrial roles.
Fewer steps to outreach: less toggling, faster contact with the right candidates.
