I designed the session UX and core interaction model from scratch, focusing on short, useful nudges that felt personal instead of corporate. The product reached a 63% weekly return rate, a 4.7/5 satisfaction score, and contributed to a 35% reduction in attrition, while the design system scaled across the full platform.
