Turning DEI from a checkbox into something that actually helps people.
Most tools meant to support diversity or well-being end up feeling like one more HR task. Eskalera wanted to change that. The idea was to give people helpful nudges and self-coaching tools that felt useful and actually helped them grow.
My job was to design this experience from the ground up. We (product team) made sure the content was thoughtful and grounded in research, but still felt friendly and personal (as if they are talking to a coach)

Designing for trust, speed, and repetition.
We kept each interaction short (10 minutes max) and focused on tone. Every prompt was written to feel supportive, not corporate. I created a modular system so we could mix and match content while keeping it feeling personal.
For the interface, we leaned into clarity: no complex flows, just clean screens with one clear action at a time.
