Punch Cards: Pay & Earn
Venmo merchants wanted repeat debit card usage, but existing cash-back mechanics were too complex for most people to follow. I designed the enroll, track, and redeem experience across three campaign types, creating a flexible system that could support changing offer structures without breaking the UI. In testing, 8 out of 10 users enrolled without assistance, and the patterns were adopted across the growth team after launch in Q3 2022.
